It is difficult nowadays, if not impossible, to find an Abstract Company, or any other company which is both willing and capable of performing an abstracting service. Abstract services have been supplanted by Title Insurance Companies controlled by the legal "profession". There are reasons for this, and as as one might surmise, they lead right back to our money "system" as well as the ubiquitous "salting" of the public record by banks or the agents of banks with outright false or fraudulent or other fabricated documents.
One has to wonder whether the members of The Ozaukee County MOB, those Public Officers acting in Breach of their Fiduciary Duty, ever heard of an "abstract". Return to List of Documents |
