Exhibit A  -  Confirmation Deed

This Confirmation Deed, or "Correction Deed", was recorded in the Register of Deeds office of "Ozaukee County", "State of Wisconsin", to make known to the world, in no uncertain terms, the Private Property character or nature of the land and appurtenances purchased, the intent of the parties, and the existence of a bona fide, enforceable, inviolate CONTRACT between the Seller and the Buyer as evidenced by the signatures of both.  Thus there no longer can be a "presumption" by any Public Officers, who are Fiduciaries of the Public Trust, that this Private Property was either abandoned property, or hypothecated or pledged to the Corporate State as collateral on the public debt.  Prior to recording this Confirmation Deed, a " Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Return" was filed, as required, with the Corporate "State of Wisconsin" providing said State notice that the property transferred was PRIVATE, and not taxable.  The original deeds being corrected used shyster attorney legalese to deceitfully, fraudulently, and without full disclosure, presumptively "attorn" the PRIVATE PROPERTY to public use.  The Ozaukee County MOB does not like it when the "common, ordinary people" like Steve Magritz discover, and make public, their dirty little secrets.  Look up the word "usufruct".
