Welcome to AttorneyBuster's.com. … We’re doing an interview with a prisoner from Dane County Jail. We’re going to tell you how he got there. And you are going to be shocked. … This is AttorneyBuster's.com, hello there Los Angeles, KRLA 870 AM Smart Talk. Again, I am Gene Forte and this is AttorneyBuster's.com. We’re going to have quite an interesting show for you today and you people better pay attention to this, all you folks out there. Let me play to you just one little clip we’re going to be having: “You have a collect call from Steve Magritz, an inmate at Dane County Jail.” …
Yeah, directly from Steve Magritz at the Dane County jail. We hope he is going to be able to be calling in live later on today.
And for my listeners that maybe came in new today, let me bring you up to date on a story that was given to me by an individual that e-mailed me a couple of weeks ago about a man by the name of Steven Magritz out in Wisconsin. Mr. Steven Magritz currently is in the Dane County Jail in Wisconsin facing to be sentenced on January 17 to approximately 70 years in prison. And for what? Well, you know, to boil it down I guess you'd have to say he was essentially a tax protester? Uh, I don't quite know if you can actually even say that.
What I have is, I've done interviews with the individuals, two of them, well actually one we’re going to be playing today. There's a man by the name of Mr. Dennis Kenealy, who happens to be a corporate counsel for the County of Ozaukee over in Wisconsin, and we are going to find out how the corporate counsel or the County of Ozaukee went forward and was able to get a complaint pushed through at the DAs office over in Ozaukee County that led up to the attorney general's office where the attorney general's office of Wisconsin prosecuted Mr. Magritz under the USA Patriot Act as a terrorist. He has been deemed a paper terrorist.
How did all this start? Well, it started by Mr. Magritz, who is aged 57 years old, owning a piece of property of 62 acres over in Wisconsin. Now this property happened to run along a river, and also adjacent to a golf course which was owned by the city (sic). Mr. Magritz had a contract with the state for a woodlands park (sic) contract which gave him a lesser dollar amount in taxes that he was to pay. In 1996 this woodlands contract eventually was terminated. After its termination, Mr. Magritz told the County that when they sent these bills now for the assessment of taxes on this piece of property, that he wanted them to tell him, specifically, what right or claim they had to those taxes.
Now, a lot of the individuals out there, and this is coming near our tax season, we hear a lot about many groups out there and many people out there that are stating that, you know, the way the United States government is set up right now in charging us personal income taxes and property taxes, that they really do not have a legal right to do that. And this is something that has been going on for years and years and years. But these individuals who are essentially tax protesters have never been termed “terrorists”. This term “terrorist” is something new that has now been added thankfully, I guess, to apparently the Wisconsin state by the attorney general. The attorney general at Wisconsin was a man by the name of James Doyle. You know what James Doyle is about ready to become, I believe on January 6? He is about ready to become the governor of the State of Wisconsin.
Now, Mr. Magritz, as I go back through the time period, he had paid his taxes annually every year up until 1996, but when the contract with the state was terminated and these new tax bills came in, he believed he was not obligated to pay those taxes but he told the state and the county, if you can show me where I have to pay these taxes, and for what, and what right you have to charge me these taxes, then I'll pay them. Well, what Mr. Magritz then did was, he started filing a number of different documents, he went to the County Board of Supervisors, he went to the County assessor's out there, and he asked them, repeatedly, to have a hearing on this matter. No hearing was granted to him. They didn't recognize him. What Mr. Magritz then did was, well, first of all they continued with a foreclosure proceedings against this man's 62 acres. They foreclosed on the property. But during this time period of the foreclosing procedure that was going on, Mr. Magritz had again sent letters to the County, sent letters to the County supervisors, and when they were not answering those letters he then started to send letters to those individuals at their homes. Now, when he started sending these letters to these individuals at their homes, Mr. Magritz did this under the understanding and belief that since they were not operating under the rules of the County Court (sic), that essentially they were operating independently. With these letters are what eventually caused Mr. Magritz to have a run in with the County supervisors and got him finally tried as a terrorist.
When you come back to hear us here at the program we’re going to start to be playing an interview that I had with Mr. Dennis Kenealy, and I will go ahead and show you how these conversations with Mr. Kenealy leave an awful lot to go-ahead and be desired regarding truthfulness. But I'll let you listen to them yourself. This is AttorneyBusters.com, this is Gene Forte, and we will be right back.

Do you think we should trust all the words of this Mr. Kenealy? Let's find out what this next clip has to say. I think this is going to get to the point of talking about these documents at the court clerk's office. Let's see here.
Forte: He (Magritz) also stated that he had gone to the clerk of the courts …
Kenealy: Clerk of the court.
Forte: Right. He was informed, he said he had some witnesses with him, that the files were not there at the court clerk’s office, but they were at your office.
Kenealy: No, the files have always been at the clerk's office. What the clerk of court does is when he gets some of these papers that are just massively incomprehensible they will send them over or ask me (??) what do we even do with this, do you understand what it is?
Forte: Alright.
Kenealy: And I'll just say, this is what I think it is, this is what I don't know what it is, put it wherever, wherever you file it, miscellaneous or whatever file. So no, they are never kept here and were never kept here. If anything they are sent down to me to look at to say what is this, and back within a day or so, so no we don't keep any of those files.
Forte: Did you …
Kenealy: We have copies.
Forte: You have copies of them but you never had the physical files inside your office?
Kenealy: Not that I know of. I mean if Jeff sent one over here, it was to look at, he may have sent one down, you understand these are thousands and thousands of files from register of deeds, County treasurer, and the County Clerk, and the County circuit court.
Forte: Right.
Kenealy: So, nobody understands what they are because they are not legally comprehensible in any manner. So I review as many as I can, and often it's I go to their office, sometimes they'll send it here, and then I send it right back, so.
Forte: Okay. Now …
Kenealy: If it came here it passed through it was never kept here.
Well, it sounds like somebody speak with a little doublespeak there. I think forked tongue. Let's see, he said that, well the documents never come here, they’re never in my office. Well, well if they're here they only stay here for a day or so. Uh, blah, blah, blah, blah. Apparently Mr. Kenealy did have those documents in his office and they came from the court of the clerk and you can't do that. You cannot do that. But this is typical of what you call attorney doubletalk especially they got themselves in trouble.
Transcriber's Commentary: So the Magritz documents were "massively incomprehensible" and not "legally comprehensible? Were you able to comprehend the Criminal Report filed against you, Mr. Shyster? How about the "800 Lb. Gorilla" Complaint or the Affidavit in Support of the Complaint? You talk like a typical lying attorney, the kind that gives all attorneys a bad name.
Forte: He (Magritz) also stated that he had gone to the clerk of the courts …
Kenealy: Clerk of the court.

What Mr. Magritz was really doing was, he was sending these, what Mr. Kenealy refers to as letters, Mr. Magritz was referring to as formal Notices. He was telling these supervisors lookit, if you continue to proceed on foreclosure proceedings, I'm going to hold you responsible for any damages that I receive. Also he told these individuals in these letters, now, if you do not believe you are responsible, then answer these letters back and tell me they are not correct. Now, a lot of you individuals out there may have heard at times that if somebody sends you a bill through the mail and you do not dispute that bill, and you keep on getting that bill, what eventually happens is that bill becomes a valid claim.
Well this is what Mr. Magritz was doing to these people. He was saying, lookit, here's the things I'm saying, I want you to either deny or affirm these statements I'm making and he had them notarized. And there are some other things regarding what happens when you actually use a notary. A notary does not just verify that that's your signature, it's actually a very special office that is given to that notary public. It's actually it's a binding agreement between corporations.
So Mr. Magritz actually was laying some groundwork here that could be very, very financially damaging to these individuals unless they responded back. But you know, they never responded back not even one bit, not one bit. I wonder who may have been telling all these county supervisors not to answer any of these letters being sent to them. Hmmm. Would a corporate counsel like a Mr. Dennis Kenealy, possibly say something like that? Maybe so.

Now that was Mr. Steven Magritz, and to recap, what he was telling you was essentially the documents that he said kept on disappearing here were documents that were important to his case and when he brought this to the attention of the councils or to the supervisors there they ignored it, and he sent claims to try to get this to be known. He’s saying his property was stolen from him. This is what the man has been saying.
Let's now find out, but first of all I asked Mr. Kenealy if he had gone ahead and reported these activities to various groups and things of that nature and he was saying, well no, it really wasn't his job to report those things, but let's see what Mr. Bill Schanen says about this. He is the editor of the Ozaukee Press:
Schanen: They definitely dropped a dime on him, there's no doubt about that, you know.
Forte: Okay. Right.
Schanen: I think Dennis Kenealy probably told you as much, that he talked to state officials about that.
Forte: Do you have any more details about that at all, as far as the state officials he spoke to?
Schanen: No I don't, you'd have to talk to him.
I've got to talk to him about that. Now, does Mr. Kenealy and Mr. Bill Schanen talk quite often? This is where Mr. Magritz was concerned, that essentially his side of the story was not being told. Well, when I talked to Mr. Bill Schanen I asked Mr. Bill Schanen if these documents were missing from the court clerk's office would that be a story that he would be interested in reporting on? Let's listen to Mr. Schanen, and I want you to pay close attention to a pretty obvious gap in his waiting to respond to me about something.
Forte: Mr. Kenealy said the documents at the court clerk's office, at the clerk of the court, would not go to his office, but then he stated that: “well, if the files did come here they’re only sent here for a day or so, it was so that I could go through the files to then tell the court clerk what should be filed or put in this file or miscellaneous or wherever.” Would you think, as a reporter out there, do you think that that would be an interesting story for you to cover regarding an allegation by Magritz that the county corporate counsel was taking documents out of the court clerk's office?
Schanen: Hard. It's a. It’s hard for me, I mean it, sure it would be an interesting story for me to look into. Um. I. I’d. I like I said I, I would have to look into it to see what um, if that indeed was the case. I know that, I can tell you this. I know. Obviously, I know the court files usually do not leave the clerk of court’s office. They don't leave with lawyers, they don't leave with reporters, they don't leave with the general public. They stay. The file, the official court file stays in the clerk of court’s office, and I would think if, if they were leaving on a selective basis, that would indeed be something that would be story worthy.
Forte: And you said usually. I mean, you don't have any knowledge that this thing happens before, these court clerk files go out to people, do you?
Schanen: No.
I just wanted to make sure that wasn't usual stuff, but did you notice that Mr. Schanen had a difficult time in thinking that, would be an interesting story to tell Mr. Magritz side of it when Mr. Magritz has been trying to say that there's documents disappearing that essentially would've stopped his land from being foreclosed upon? Mr. Schanen says, well, you know, uh, well, I'll let you interpret it yourself. Let's find out, I'm now introducing you to a man by the name of Mr. Robert Braun, who is the founder of the Christian Civil Liberties Union, and he's gotten involved in the case back there somewhat to find out what has happened here. And let me tell you the conversation that he told me that he had had with Mr. Schanen who we just heard, that he would be interested in the story about these missing documents.
Forte: You had stated, certain documents were not filed inside of the court clerk's file that should've been there that Mr. Magritz had sent to the court, correct?
Braun: Yes.
Forte: When you talked to Bill Schanen at the Ozaukee Press, did you inform him of your knowledge of that?
Braun: Yes I did.
Forte: What did Mr. Bill Schanen say in response to that?
Braun: Well he said that his time was limited and he would see me at the meetings. He did a story and it did not include those facts and when I went to the meetings he did not talk to me further.
Well, apparently Mr. Schanen didn’t think it was really that important to investigate that type of information, now did he? Now this was from Robert Braun. Now let's talk about, a little bit about Mr. Bill Schanen, who again is the Ozaukee Press, and please understand that when local media does not report both sides of the story you have a situation where things can be smut and smeared up regarding individuals. Let me play a little bit of this clip, starting into the commercial break, about Mr. Schanen interviewing Mr. Magritz:
Forte: Mr. Kenealy says that he talked to you once or a couple times a month giving you updates or you’ve tried to find out information about what was taking place and the case.
Schanen: Right.
Forte: Did you ever interview Magritz or his wife?
Schanen: Uh. I'm thinking. And probably … probably not. No I did not. I. The Magritz’ reacted, um, pretty hostilely to this whole situation with the county.
Transcriber's Commentary: Well Mr. William F. Schanen IV, you were making vicious false accusations against Steve Magritz in the Ozaukee Press of which you were Noticed but refused to correct, making it obvious you were attempting to set Magritz up for a vicious SWAT Team attack whereby he could be assassinated. Magritz provided the Ozaukee Press all of his documents and information, but your newspaper refused to print his side and continued with the libel. In fact, it got worse, didn't it? That is why Magritz listed you, your daddy, and your "newspaper" as defendants in his 2007 lawsuit, wasn't it? Click here to go to Pressitutes page.
By the way, Mr. William F. Schanen IV, how many of the Letters to the Editor of the Ozaukee Press from Steve Magritz, other family members, and friends of the Magritz family, did you publish? None? Why not? Don't honest journalists print both sides of the story, especially when public officers, who are Fiduciaries of the Public Trust, are accused of committing criminal misconduct in public office? You said "The Magritz’ reacted, um, pretty hostilely"? Do you expect an honorable man to kiss your lying keister when you REFUSE to print his letters to your rag you call a "newspaper" rebutting your libel? Huh, Mr. William F. Schanen "the Fourth"?
Are you a pimp? Or are you a prostitute? If so, then for whom?
Let's now find out, but first of all I asked Mr. Kenealy if he had gone ahead and reported these activities to various groups and things of that nature and he was saying, well no, it really wasn't his job to report those things, but let's see what Mr. Bill Schanen says about this. We have an individual by the name of, well I can't say his name, because he fears for his name. But this man was sitting during a meeting of the county supervisors in Ozaukee County and this is what he had to say about this Mr. Dennis Kenealy who is the corporate counsel out there.
Witness: She [Mrs. Magritz] was saying that Mr. Kenealy had those documents but that he is hiding them. She confronted him right there in front of the board members. He didn't seem very kind towards her at all. Kind of a gloating demeanor, condescending towards her. He wouldn't even talk to her or acknowledge her as being in the room. He just sat there while she was addressing him and said nothing and she was pleading with the county board members regarding her property and what she said her husband had filed trying to obtain her property.
Well, you know, the reason why I think individuals such as Mr. Kenealy or attorneys that are involved inside of a, let's say, county positions, are able to gloat at times is because they know there is going to be an Attorney General or an Assistant Attorney General above them that's not going to do anything. And again this comes back to an issue that Mr. Magritz believes that his property was essentially stolen by the County officials because they want to turn it into a park.

Let's go back to this individual that wanted to remain nameless, to hear what he said about what the County supervisors were doing at this meeting:
Forte: There was no sympathy from this County Board of Supervisors regarding this person [Mrs. Magritz] losing her property and her husband being put in jail?
Witness: No. It was rather, from my perspective, a group of vultures divvying up the carcass for their own ends. And there was no care, no concern towards her whatsoever.

Welcome to AttorneyBusters.com. This is Gene Forte. And who did let the dogs out? We’re going to tell you in the next hour on KRLA 870 AM Smart Talk, it was the district attorneys, crooked judges and your basic lowlife public officials we have out there that say they're doing things to try to protect us. For my first time listeners I'm not an attorney. I do not provide you any legal advice or legal opinion. The information that I'm going to be providing to you across this next hour is information that I’ve gained from my own personal experiences at the hands of some good old boy attorneys and good old boy judges located here in Monterey, California.
About a year ago I decided I was going to set up a flare out across the country, and find out if there are other people that had the same type of problems that I had. The problems that I had dealt with attorneys fleecing me of literally hundreds of thousands of dollars. While they are taking the money out of my pockets, they finally got to a stage where they said, gee, we can't do anything about those attorneys on the other side and these judges here because well, you know Gene, we work in the local community and we've got to protect our phony baloney jobs. Well that excuse is exactly that, it's an excuse.
These attorneys out there are licensed to protect us and uphold the laws of our country, meaning that if they find that an attorney on the other side in a litigation has suborned perjury, or hidden documents or committed some type of a crime, they are supposed to bring that to the court's attention.
In the case that we are going to be talking about today, and we’re going to go across number of these cases, that we’re going to show there's a standard M.O. that is used by attorneys and judges and public officials by first of all saying, you're harassing me, if you try to get me to do something that I'm getting paid for to do as a public official. Such as, going after a crooked attorney. We’re going to have conversations that I'm going to play for you with the Morgan Hill Police Department, how we are trying to get a criminal investigator arrested from the Insurance Commission of California by the name of Kathleen Harris. We’re going to show that we talked to the chief of police there, and we’re going to show what the typical M.O., and again the statements are all across the country.
We're going to roll out to Wisconsin, and we're going to show you in Wisconsin how individuals out there that we caught hiding documents, removing court of clerk files from the clerk of court’s offices there, got a man put in prison. His name is Steven Magritz, and we’re going to show how a purported investigation led absolutely to nowhere, and we’re going to show you how the clerk of court now is giving me such a nonsense tale it is absolutely ridiculous. In fact, let me just play you a clip of this clerk of court from Wisconsin when I called to find out, do you have these written procedures or rules regarding removal of clerk of court files from the court? When you put files in the clerk of court’s offices, those files are not supposed to leave with anyone. That means anyone. An attorney can’t remove those files to take to his office. Can you figure out why, class? Of course, you bright ones out there I’ve seen you raise your hands. You said, well gee, that would mean they could take a document out of there and mess everything up. That's exactly right.
When we tried to find out why these court of clerk documents left the court of clerk's offices, you can't believe the nonsense we ran into, and we are still pursuing it today because we have got to get a man out of jail by the name of Steven Magritz, that has tried to hold public officials accountable because they would not hold the County attorney, Mr. Dennis Kenealy, accountable for removing those clerk of court files. But let's go to this person I talked to at the clerk of court this week:
Ozaukee County Clerk Of Court’s Office: Clerk of courts.
Forte: Yeah, hi, this is Gene Forte calling from AttorneyBusters.com in California. I called there on, let's see, this was March 26, and I had left a message for Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt concerning getting a copy of the procedures concerning clerk of court files leaving the clerk of court’s offices, and I have not received any response from Mr. Schmidt, and I have not received any procedures that are there and I haven't received any letters or any correspondence at all from them.
Clerk: I ...
Forte: I, excuse me go ahead, I'm sorry.
Clerk: As far as our rules. As far as our rules, they’re not approved at, by the judges, they're being readvised (sic), revised.
Forte: Oh, you’re saying the rules have not been approved by the judges?
Clerk: Nope. Not yet.
Forte: Are there some new rules that are being made now?
Clerk: No, they've been made, but they, they're just bringing them up to date.
Forte: Okay, do you have the ones that are from before, or something, that we can get a copy of?
Clerk: I -- don't think so. They told us not to hand those out because they’re non dated, you know, they're so old.
Forte: When did they tell you not hand them out?
Clerk: A month ago.
Forte: A month ago?
Clerk: Yeah.
Forte: Well, I, but there must be some rules that are in place now though, aren't there?
Clerk: Well. ----- I think you should be talking to a judge or something because I can’t answer all these questions that you're asking about. Well, they’re legal things that I, I don't know when the judges are done with them, sir.
Forte: You know I'm just trying to find, there, I’m trying to find out if there are some rules there that are intact now.
Clerk: Well there are but we'd rather have them all printed up.
Forte: So they're not printed up now?
Clerk: No.
Forte: But the rules that they're revising aren't they printed up already?
Clerk: One moment. [Puts Forte on hold]
I'll talk a little bit while waiting we’re waiting for her to get back on the line. Now while I'm talking she’s there looking for something or talking to somebody, possibly Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt. He is the clerk of the court and this guy is the one that hung up the phone on me and he is the one that released these files Mr. Dennis Kenealy when he knows he can't do it. We’re still on hold while she is scampering around there at the office saying, “Jeff, Jeff, that Gene Forte he's on the line again. Come on, we've got to get this guy. Where are those rules, are they written? Or no, where's that shredder? Well, when’s she going to come back? Wait, she's about ready to come back. Here she comes.
Clerk: For what you're looking for …
Forte: Yes?
Clerk: We have nothing in writing.
Forte: Ok, you're saying for what I'm looking for, so you understand I'm looking for the rules that concern the removal of clerk of court files from the clerk of court offices. And you're saying that …
Clerk: We have nothing in writing as of this date.
Forte: All right.
Clerk: Okay?
Forte: And, and what you're doing is you're making rules now that are going to be in writing that will be available?
Clerk: I don't know that. Okay. Goodbye.
Forte: Well, excuse me, I was …
Whoop. There was goes one hang-up on my ear. Now, I've got to read for you right now a rule of court that's out there that's been established since 1982:
“Ozaukee County Circuit Court Rules Third Judicial District. In the matter of removal of files from the office of the clerk of Circuit Courts. Now therefore it is ordered that no file shall be removed from the clerk of courts of Ozaukee County, Wisconsin by anyone without first obtaining a written order of the court permitting such removal. Dated at Port Washington, Wisconsin this 19th day of March, 1982.”
Now I think those are the rules that she was telling us that, well they're revising but they didn't get approved by the judge yet, or well they’re not written, they're not using, I don't know. I don't really appreciate your basic civil servant hanging up the phone on my ear, so I'm going to call her back.
Clerk: Clerk of courts.
Forte: Yeah hi, this is Gene Forte calling again from AttorneyBusters …
Clerk: I'm not going to talk to you anymore if you want to talk to Mr. Wirth you ahead and do that.
Forte: Well but excuse me I'm trying to, a … [clerk hangs up again]
Sandy Gus Wirth is the chairman of the board of the County Board of supervisors of Ozaukee County. Dennis Kenealy, the attorney for the county, is the one that removed clerk of court files with the help of Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt, the clerk of the court. The removal of those files constituted a crime, so I contacted the Wisconsin DA. But the Wisconsin DA said, no, you need to contact Mr. Kenealy's boss, Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth, who is the chairman of the county Board of Supervisors. This is what Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth told me about that:
Wirth: Correct, he does report to me, so to speak, as an elected official.
Forte: Well I'll have to tell you Mr. Wirth …
Wirth: And so they could be correct in that assumption if, if it has to do with, with a, with his, uh, with the way he implements his, his job, however if he breaks the law it has to do with whoever enforces the law, which is not me, Mr. Forte. I’d, I'd love to because I would immune myself.
It’s public officials like Sandy Gus Wirth who would like to immune himself and his buddies, that let the dogs out. This is Gene Forte. This is AttorneyBusters.com. We'll be right back.
[Intermission]
Welcome back to AttorneyBusters.com, this is Gene Forte, the info justice segment of AttorneyBusters.com, and we’re talking today about “who let the dogs out?” Before break, the court clerk told me to call Sandy Gus Wirth. But let me play you the conversation that I had with Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth before I called the court clerk:
Wirth: Mr. Forte.
Forte: Yes?
Wirth: You've asked me to make an investigation, I have made a verbal investigation of the two parties that you asked me to do. I did. I found nothing wrong. I found policies in place, or was told that policies were …
Forte: Is this a written policy?
Wirth: I have no idea.
Forte: I would like, I would like a copy of the written policy …
Wirth: Ask Mr. Schmidt and get ...
Forte: If Mr. Schmidt hangs up on me what am I supposed to do?
Wirth: I have no idea but I strongly suggest that maybe you would get it from, if it’s a policy, if it's written policy, from him.
Now how in Sam Hill do you find a policy in place that is not written? That conversation with Sandy Gus Wirth took place on March 4, a month and a half ago. This April 11 call with the court clerk, that was just on Friday. It's drag your feet and stall. Undaunted though, I did call Sandy Gus Wirth and left him this message on Friday after the court clerk hung the phone up on my ear.
Wirth’s Answering machine: Hi, you've reached the offices of Gus Sandy Wirth, I'm not in right now so please leave a message at the beep and I’ll get right back to you. Thanks. Begin recording at the tone. After recording you may hang up or press the # sign for more options.
Forte: Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth, this is Gene Forte calling from AttorneyBusters.com, the info justice segment of course on KRLA, 870 AM Smart Talk. I was told to contact you by the clerk of court’s offices, that's Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt's offices, because again you had told me that I could get a copy of the procedures from Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt. I've been attempting to do that for over a month now and I have had absolutely no success at this, in addition there’s been no responses from Mr. Schmidt, and now when I’ve contacted his office’s again he's not replied to either written letters and faxes or to telephone messages I’ve left. And now it comes up that he states, or offices state, that there are rules that are being written or rewritten that are not written that are in the process of, that are now are nonexistent. You would have to hear the conversation. It's truly, you know, get a gist of what's taking place here, but, Mr. Wirth, there is a problem here. There is a procedure and a statute that's been broken, in fact I believe we've faxed that over to your offices already. If not I'll send that over to you. But there's absolutely a rule of court that, it goes back to, I think, 1982 concerning the non-removal of clerk of court files from the clerk of court offices by anyone. Please give me a call Mr. Wirth because as I've told you before, this is not going to go away and I believe that somebody better give some attention to this right away because I'm going to continue up this track until we get these issues cleared up here. Telephone number is 831-484-7516. Thank you very much Mr. Wirth. Goodbye.
This is not a game that I'm playing with these individuals. This is a serious situation. Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth and Mr. Dennis Kenealy, the corporate County attorney, and Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt, caused a man, Mr. Steven A. Magritz to be in jail because he was trying to get the grievance addressed of these clerk of court files being removed from those offices.
They were trying to get him put in jail for 70 years. This man was prosecuted as a paper terrorist by special terrorist task force by the attorney general's office, Mr. James Doyle, who is now the governor of Wisconsin. This is not a laughing matter, except that these people on the other side, they are felonious jokes, and we have got to get them exposed. And it's happening here in California. But before I move back to California let me close the loop regarding Sandy Gus Wirth, because Mr. Gus Wirth did tell me to contact the DA's. Listen:
Forte: By now research we were able to find the law that specifically …
Wirth: Why I’d take it to the district attorney so quick it would make your head spin.
Now about 2 minutes later in that same conversation this is what Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth says about going to the DA:
Wirth: You want me …
Forte: Um.
Wirth: to invest, to call an investigation for something that I don’t know happened, that I have no knowledge of what happened, I have no knowledge of the document, but please investigate it for me? Is that what you’re saying sir?
Forte: No. What I’m …
Wirth: Is that what you’re saying sir because I, I don’t have any teeth, you have the teeth.
Sandy Gus Wirth, a/k/a “Schultz”, I see nothing, I know nothing; a/k/a “toothless”, “I got no teeth”; a/k/a “I’d immune myself” public official says, no, you go to the DA. Here’s what the DA told me:
Forte: I think you said to contact, you want me to contact Mr. Wirth?
DA’s office: Yes.
Forte: To have him prosecute a criminal investigation
DA’s office: Um Hmm.
Forte: against Mr. Kenealy
DA’s office: Yes.
Forte: And this is what Mrs. Williams is saying I should do.
DA’s office: Yes.
Forte: Okay.
So that was Sandy Williams’ offices, the DA out there saying, no, call Sandy Gus Wirth. I call Sandy Gus Wirth again:
Wirth: I’m trying to patiently talk to you, Mr. Forte.
Forte: Thank you.
Wirth: I’m trying to patiently tell you, that if it is a state law that was violated, and I don’t know if it has been, but if it is, then you have to take the process to the state, the person that will uphold the state law. And just as I can not arrest someone for speeding or murder or anything else, I, it is not I that you’re looking for, or Jeff Schmidt. It has to be started with the deputy, or excuse me, with the a, with the a district attorney.
One more time, what I’m now going to do is I’m going to call the DA’s after Sandy Gus Wirth tells me to call the DA’s back again:
Sandy Williams’ DA’s office: DA’s office.
Forte: Yeah hi, who am I speaking with?
DA’s Office: This is Amy.
Forte: Amy, good morning, this is Gene Forte calling from AttorneyBusters.com.
DA’s Office: Okay,
Forte: Now here we go again. I have contacted Mr. Wirth. Mr. Wirth said that I should contact you.
DA’s Office: Okay. Our office is not involved with this and I have been instructed to tell you that.
Forte: Well, Amy I …
DA’s Office: And continually you call and we’re continually saying we are not involved.
Forte: No that is not what's, Amy I'm not upset with you, that is not …
DA’s Office: No, I’m not upset either …
Forte: That is not what …
DA’s Office: But I’m instructed to tell you this because our office has no involvement in this at all.
Forte: That is not what I've been continually been told. Please, put yourself in my position out here for one moment, knowing that I'm contacting officials in Ozaukee County. I'm contacting and speaking to your department, I'm contacting the police department …
DA’s Office: Okay I'm going to have to cut you off here, rather than waste your time and waste our time here at our office, uh, we are not involved in this in any way, shape or form. And we've been told to tell you that, again and again that our office has no involvement in this.
Forte: Wait, you say involvement …
DA’s Office: I’m being very polite to you so because you’ve, you've contacted how many people in our office and we continually say the same thing.
Forte: I get this … no you do not. No you do not. I have everything …
DA’s Office: So were gonna have to say it's phone harassment.
Forte: Oh so, oh wait, you're saying that, now you're saying there's phone harassment because I'm getting the runaround and I have every call
DA’s Office: I’m canceling this call now Sir.
Forte: I have every call recorded.
Now this phone harassment, remember this, this is the first smut ball they're going to throw, but you know, like I told you, I don't like civil servants hanging up the phone on me. So I called her back:
DA’s Office: DA’s office.
Forte: I want you to bring charges against me for phone harassment. That what you said …
DA’s Office: I'm hanging up now Sir
Forte: Are you going to bring charges against me for phone …
Hung up on me again. I'm going to try it again:
DA’s Office: DA’s office.
Forte: This is Gene Forte calling again …
DA’s Office: This is silly Sir, I mean we’re adults here, and I'm going to terminate the call.
Forte: Please do not …
Do you realize that this person on the other side of that line can care less, can care less, about a man that is in prison, about some corporate County attorney in their own area that has done this crime against this man?
About a year ago I decided I was going to set up a flare out across the country, and find out if there are other people that had the same type of problems that I had.

Transcriber's Commentary: This clip is a stand alone portion from the last segment. Sandy Williams has no involvement in what - the prosecuting of Shyster Dennis E. Kenealy for crimes committed against Magritz? Well, crooked DA Williams doesn't want to prosecute crimes against fellow Public Officers, who are sworn to uphold the Constitutions, does she?
One more time, what I'm now going to do is I'm going to call the DA’s after Sandy Gus Wirth tells me to call the DA’s back again:

Transcriber's Commentary: This conversation was after an earlier conversation (see previous segment) in which the DA’s office told Forte to contact Gus Wirth to have Gus Wirth request an investigation of Dennis E. Kenealy stealing the Magritz Answer from the office of the Clerk of Court. It is patently obvious that district attorney Sandy A. Williams is refusing to investigate Kenealy, just as she ignored the Magritz Reports of criminal activity in 2001, 2003, and then three (3) times in 2011 after being promoted to “judge”. Williams also sidestepped the petition to the court in 2011 for a determination of whether the Magritz Criminal Report by a Victim of Crime stated probable cause. Williams also teamed up with current DA Adam Y. Gerol and issued a baseless arrest warrant for "MAGRITZ" in 2011. These low-life attorneys will stop at nothing to cover-up crimes committed by fellow attorneys. And the crimes that are committed when covering up the original crimes are far, far worse than the original crimes committed by their buddies. Misprision of Felony? Accessory After the Fact? Retaliation Against a Victim of Crime? You be the judge.

Okay, so again, what Mr. Korte is doing, he's not really addressing the issue of the items that I talked to Mr. Kenealy, and Mr. Kenealy told me that the clerk court files were at his office. But Mr. Korte is running around that question. Let me ask him this question a little differently this time:
Forte: If the clerk of court files are going to the corporate counsel, Mr. Kenealy, the opposing counsel against this gentleman, Mr. Magritz, if they're stamping those things received or if they’re putting them on a docket sheet but then not having them in the file, it doesn't seem appropriate, does it?
AAG Korte: [long pause, then] (Gasp)
Did you hear what Mr. Korte's answer was? It was simply a gasp. Let's listen to it one more time:
Forte: If the clerk of court files are going to the corporate counsel, Mr. Kenealy, the opposing counsel against this gentleman, Mr. Magritz, if they're stamping those things received or if they’re putting them on a docket sheet but then not having them in the file, it doesn't seem appropriate, does it?
AAG Korte: (Gasp)
All right. So that's about the best answer that I've gotten so far, but I'll push on with this again.
Forte: If I was involved in a litigation …
AAG Korte: Yeah.
Forte: And I went down and I filed documents at the court clerk's office and that court clerk took those files and give it to the opposing counsel …
AAG Korte: I, I, I have no information that, that [transcriber comment: BIG LIAR]
Forte: that happened.
AAG Korte: which were then not filed, okay, number one. Number two, I, I guess eh-i-o-eh not to be flippant, but that does not give Mr. Magritz a right to violate the law.
Again, it doesn't seem that Mr. Korte wants to address the issue about Mr. Kenealy having the clerk court files there. I asked him again:
Forte: How a court clerk could allow those files to go to Mr. Kenealy. If that did take place wouldn't that be something that would concern you and the attorney general's office?
AAG Korte: Not necessarily, no.
Transcriber's Commentary: Read more about this sociopath, Roy R. Korte, who was the State of Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General and the water boy who handled the prosecution of Magritz for AG James E. Doyle. Korte states that Kenealy stealing the Magritz Answer from the court file which resulted in a "default" judgment and the stealing of valuable property would not necessarily be of concern to him or his boss, "Dirty Jim" Doyle. Let's see now. Under what circumstances would it NOT concern Korte or Doyle? How about if either of them had foreknowledge of the event, that is, they knew it was going to happen before it happened? Or maybe they were just glad it "happened"? Hmmm. Was that part of the "payback" for Magritz exposing "Dirty Jim's" attempt to destroy VCY America, Inc. through a phony "civil" lawsuit brought under his sister's name?
Korte lies and says,: "I, I, I have no information that, that ...". Korte is a lying SOB. He had a dossier on Magritz. Before Magritz filed the liens against the public officers, Magritz had provided Doyle all the documentation detailing Kenealy's crimes. And Doyle failed to respond. According to the verified complaint filed in federal court in 2007, Magritz provided the documentation twice in 2002, first in March, then again on April 3. And years later, in 2011, AFTER Magritz mailed his third Criminal Report to Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen, Korte responded, ostensibly to Magritz's second Criminal Report. Korte sent Magritz a threatening letter in which this Dishonest Low-life Liar stated, "To be clear, this office has no intention to investigate your allegations. Based on my own personal knowledge, there is no basis for concluding that Mr. Kenealy committed any crime. The only person who committed any crime was yourself for which you were convicted. This office will not be taking any action on your request. I also again remind you to avoid conduct that may violate Wisconsin law." So this Dishonest Lying Dog Korte, this perjurer of his oath to support the Constitutions, states that stealing court documents from the clerk of court files is not a crime, and then turns around and makes an unveiled threat against Magritz. Maybe Korte has been eating his own vomit too long.
By the way, this Roy Robert Korte, doing business as ROY ROBERT KORTE ("artificial legal person"), as a Trustee of the Public Trust is required to support the Constitution of The State of Wisconsin, which means Korte has the duty and obligation to protect the rights of the people, who are beneficiaries of the Public Trust. Korte even has a sworn oath to that end. But of course, Korte never even read either the federal or state constitutions, so how would he know? Did you, Korte? After all, attorneys are ABOVE the law, aren't they? And dishonest attorneys like Korte never saw a crime committed by Public Officers, Trustees of the Public Trust, that they didn't condone and cover-up.

And I go out and I conduct an investigation of investigations done by these groups. And what invariably is revealed is that the investigations they've done were simply whitewashes and shams. And the way they get away with this and the way they have always gotten away with this, is they will send you some type of a whitewash type of letter, or they will ignore your complaint that you have about a judicial officer, just completely. They know that the judicial officer, or the attorney, or the public official has committed a crime against you. No doubt. But they realize that you cannot go anywhere or tell anybody else about that problem. Today I am preparing a letter that is going to be going out tomorrow morning, and I'm going to call it my Bunker Buster Letter.
And what this Bunker Buster Letter does is, it puts the individuals on the other side, being this presiding judge there, a Judge Joseph McCormack, who is supposedly the head of the Ozaukee Superior Court, on notice. Now I'm putting the information right in his face of what his County supervisors have done there; what his County attorney has done there; what the Dist. Atty.'s offices have done there, in ignoring the crime committed by his own public officials. At the same time that I'm sending him this detailed letter of the crime committed by these individuals out there, these public officials that have been doing this for years, this letter is going to simultaneously go to the Bureau of the FBI, it's going to the US District Attorney's Office’s out there, it's going to 31 County supervisors in the area of Ozaukee, Wisconsin, and it's going to the governor of that great State, Mr. James Doyle. However Mr. James Doyle is truly the Saddam Hussein of Wisconsin. He's not out there killing people right now, he's just stealing their money, and he's been doing this for years. And I'm going to show, without a doubt, that James Doyle, when he was the attorney general out in Wisconsin, had a man, Mr. Steven Magritz, put in jail under the guise of being a “paper terrorist”.
Why was Steven Magritz deemed a paper terrorist? Well Mr. Magritz had a piece of property, 60 acres in the town of Fredonia, that was worth about $600,000. The county decided that they are going to foreclose on that property for back taxes owed by Mr. Magritz. When they filed the foreclosure proceedings, Mr. Magritz filed an answer to that complaint to stop it. But when Mr. Magritz then heard that there is a default judgment taken against him based upon him not filing an answer, he went down to the clerk of the court’s offices there in Ozaukee County to find out why. When he talked to the clerk of the court, a Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt, Mr. Schmidt said, well the files are not there, and he picked up the phone and he called up the offices of the County attorney, a Mr. Dennis Kenealy. And sure enough, the files were over at Mr. Dennis Kenealy's office. That would be the opposing counsel.
Mr. Magritz then put together a letter and sent it to all these supervisors that I am now sending my letter to. He sent a letter to the DA's department and what he was telling them in these letters was that Mr. Dennis Kenealy had removed his answer to the complaint, which caused this foreclosure proceedings to be done against Mr. Magritz. He sent letters to the governor, to all the public officials telling them about this, that he was a victim and a witness of the crime. So what did Mr. Dennis Kenealy do, this County attorney? He got an injunction against this Mr. Magritz. That means he went to the court and got an order from the court so Mr. Magritz couldn't file any more documents. The next step that this Mr. Dennis Kenealy did was, he contacted the District Attorney's Office’s there in Ozaukee County, a person by the name of Sandy Williams. Mr. Kenealy has the ability through the DA’s department to make contact with James Doyle's offices, he was the Atty. Gen. of the state, saying that this man is terrorizing us public officials here. He says he's going to lien our properties because he’s saying we're not doing our jobs.
Well they weren't doing their jobs. Mr. Kenealy had committed a crime. So the next phase that takes place, Mr. Magritz does not want to move out of his property. What happens? The County of Ozaukee sends out a 25 man SWAT Team with machine guns, and they evict this Mr. Steven Magritz and his wife. By the way, Mr. Magritz has one hand; a small man; they didn't put up any fight. They didn't have any weapons at their house. They broke down this person’s door. They went in and arrested them.
Now it really starts a smut and smear campaign. “Paper terrorist.” There's a terrorist in Wisconsin. And James Doyle who is now going to be running for governor of that great State, is saying “He’s tough on terrorism. He's going to stomp out terrorism.” And James Doyle, while he's running for this governorship, is having ads running where he showing the World Trade Center collapsing. Of course this is all a bunch of hoopla for Mr. James Doyle, and he used this to somehow now try to tie in this Mr. Steven Magritz in Wisconsin as being like an international terrorist? He was not.
But there's a missing piece to the puzzle.

I'm now going to play for you a clip of a conversation that I had with Mr. Roy Korte, Assistant Attorney General to Mr. James Doyle. When I asked Mr. Korte if he was aware of an incident of Catherine Doyle, the sister to James Doyle. Listen:
Forte: Did Mrs. Doyle, Cathy Doyle, really kick a woman (sic) protester in front of an abortion clinic?
AAG Korte: As far as I know, no.
Forte: Alright.
AAG Korte: I believe that, that there might have been some civil lawsuits brought by her against people who allege that and I think there was a, a settlement of some sort.
Mr. Roy Korte was the attorney that prosecuted Mr. Magritz. Now, I have in my hand a document that is dated July 29, 2000. About a year before this actual prosecution of Mr. Magritz took place. It's a document from the Division of Criminal Investigation, Wisconsin Department of Justice, and it is regarding a subpoena of Mr. Steven Magritz in the case of Catherine Doyle versus WVCY.
So when Mr. Korte says, well you know, I think there may have been a lawsuit regarding this issue – these guys are pretty smart attorneys – he knew damn good and well there was a lawsuit regarding Catherine Doyle and WVCY and he also knew that Mr. Magritz had been subpoenaed as a witness inside of the case.
The plot starts to thicken. It leads back to James Doyle. And what is truly great about all this, is that when I send this six-page letter to this judge McCormack that's going to many other individuals in the state of Wisconsin, there's plenty, I believe, good individuals out there that are in political offices, and when they get wind of this they're going to know that I’ve got pieces of a puzzle that's going to take a noose and put it right around the old neck of James Doyle. And when we get back I'm going to go ahead and show you how this Buster Bunker Letter is going to prepare a hangman's noose for anybody that doesn't help to hang that James Doyle up by his toes.
‘Book em, Danno.’ Gene Forte, we'll be right back.
Transcriber's Commentary: Apparently James E. Doyle is rabidly anti-Christian. Why else would Doyle have his gopher, Roy Korte, run an ostensible civil lawsuit brought in the name of Catherine Doyle against VCY America, Inc. in an attempt to destroy that Christian broadcasting organization? The lawsuit was actually a criminal "investigation" run out of Roy Korte's office within the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice. This was substantiated when someone in Korte's office provided Magritz with discovery documents that Magritz was not supposed to know existed, let alone obtain possession of. Catherine Doyle, an attorney, 47 years old at the time, was "alleged" to have kicked a 7 year old girl child in the face while the girl was kneeling on the sidewalk praying in 1993.
Regarding the "allegation" that Catherine Doyle kicked a 7 year-old girl child in the face on May 15, 1993 outside of an abortuary, here is part of an interview by William Kaliher of Gene Forte when Forte was running for Governor of California:
Kaliher: Tell us about your experience with Governor Doyle.
Forte: This is way too long of a story to cliff note but to nutshell it: James Doyle, when Attorney General, ran his campaign to become Governor based upon his being tough on terrorism using this to settle the score with what he would call radicals that impugned his sister, Catherine, that had been accused of kicking a seven year old girl in the face in front of an abortion clinic during a protest.
By the way I interviewed the girl's father, not only is there smoke, there is an actual fire.

What we see actually happening is a smut and smear campaign orchestrated by Mr. Dennis Kenealy, the County attorney, along with Mr. Gus Wirth and Jeffrey Schmidt, with the help of Mr. Bill Schanen at the Ozaukee Press to keep a lid on this from the public.
Because if the public did know that this man's property was being taken illegally like this, they would've gotten out the tar and feathers and they would've taken these public officials and put them out of town on a rail like they used to do in the good old days.

I want to play a couple of clips of a conversation I had with Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth and his investigation that he conducted of Mr. Dennis Kenealy and Mr. Jeffrey Schmidt.
Forte: Jeff Schmidt had said that he had given the files to Dennis Kenealy and in fact when Mr. Magritz had gone over to Mr. Jeff Schmidt's office to look at the files Jeff Schmidt picked up the phone and called up Mr. Kenealy and asked him if he had …
Wirth, interrupting: That's not what they're telling us and
Forte: the answer to the complaint there and therefore if there were copies then Mr. Schmidt would have had a copy in his office already and would have not had to call up Mr. Kenealy.
Wirth: Mr. Schmidt has advised me and has told me that under no circumstances did any files leave his office.
Forte: Did he tell you that in the presence of other people also?
Wirth: Well he told it to me. How much more can I ask? I mean I'm the Chairman of the Board.
Forte: Understand. Now you say you had other people you said you interrogated Mr. Schmidt and Mr. Kenealy?
Wirth: Yes, I asked them both. I sat down in front of them and asked them.
Forte: And did you have anybody else ask them those questions also?
Wirth: No.
Now let me play you a clip of a conversation that I had with Mr. Jeff Schmidt, this is the clerk of the court:
Forte: Mr. Magritz has said that he went there to look at his files at one time and he had witnesses with him. And when he went there and asked to look at the file, when you looked in the file you did not find or see the Answer to the complaint that Mr. Magritz had sent to you that had been stamped received by your offices. He said that at that time that you picked up the phone and you called Mr. Dennis Kenealy and asked him if he had the Answer in the files over there at his offices. Is that what took place?
Schmidt: That's absolutely correct. I have testified in court to that, and it is because, uh, of all the, the uh, nonsense paperwork that we get from Mr. Magritz there was no reference to a case number on there. It was misfiled with another file and it has since been returned.
[Transcriber’s comments: Yeah right. No case number – you LIE. And “misfiled with another file”? – you LIE. The Answer was two miles from the courthouse - in Dennis Kenealy’s office - for six (6) months, as recorded in Deeds, Doc. No. 698699.]
Forte: But that was the Answer to his complaint (sic).
Schmidt (after moments of silence): It. I'm going to refer you to Dennis Kenealy, he's our attorney, it was not a legal answer, uh we don't have to accept anything that isn't to form. Uh please do not call my office anymore, uh we are not accepting your calls thank you have a good day.
Forte: Excuse me, I asked … [Schmidt hangs up on Forte.]
Is your head spinning yet? Now remember, you have Mr. Dennis Kenealy early on saying that well, the clerk of court files are never at my office, but when they are here they only pass through or stay here for a day or two. You have Mr. Gus Wirth saying that he talked to Mr. Jeff Schmidt and Jeff Schmidt said that, “no, those files never leave my office”. But now you have Jeff Schmidt saying, yes, those files did leave his office.
Who's lying here? Not Mr. Magritz.
Let's go back to a conversation that I had with Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth, the individual who says, “it's about time that there's things here to protect us.” This is “Sandy” Gus Wirth:
Wirth: If there's a law about files that are taken out of court I would take them to the Dist. Atty., you would take them to the Dist. Atty., just give them that law and say, here it is, it's number 19.426, whatever the heck it is …
Forte: But you’ll take it to the DA's for me, right?
Wirth: I, you could take it.
Forte: No, you said you would take it to the DA.
Wirth: Take it to the DA. If I found it broken I would take it to the DA but I didn't find it broken, you found it broken, you had the document, you are the one that has to take it. I cannot talk to the district attorney, and I …
Now I did send to Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth a copy of the district court rules out there that expressly state that those files cannot leave those clerk of court’s offices. Has he gone to the DA’s department? No. And when I went to the DA’s department with this you know what they told me? They told me that I had to talk to “Sandy” Gus Wirth. I then went back to Sandy Gus Wirth and he told me to go back to the DA’s. And when I went back to the DA’s, you know they finally told me? If I called them again they were going to have to consider my phone calls to be phone harassment.
Let me play another clip of Mr. “Sandy”Gus Wirth showing his attitude:
Wirth: “Has to do with whoever enforces the law. Which is not me, Mr. Forte. I'd love to, because I would immune myself.”
This is an easy one for Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth. He said he would just immune himself. And of course all of his buddies.
Wirth: Talk to Jeff Schmidt. That's, that's not my, that's not mine. I investigated. I found nothing wrong, there's nothing, except that there was a, some documents that were filed, or excuse me, some documents that were presented that were unfamiliar to the people that work there.
Forte: And what did he do with those?
Wirth: You'll have to ask him.
Forte: Well, I tried to, but he hung up the phone on me.
Wirth: Ok. Well then you'll have to, if there is no law that has been broken.
That was “Sandy” Gus Wirth telling me, well you’ve got to talk to Jeff Schmidt about these files. Let me show you the runaround. After several telephone calls, here's what happened:
Deputy clerk of court: “I'm sorry to interrupt. He tried to get back to you at that phone number the other day.
Forte: Yes.
Clerk: And it was disconnected.
Forte: What phone number, this is the same number we’ve always had. What number was this?
Clerk: I wrote it down and he tried calling back within the following hour, hour and he said it was disconnected.
Forte: Well that's incorrect. This is the same number that I'm calling from right now.
That was a clerk at the clerk of the court's offices telling me that Jeffrey Schmidt supposedly tried to call me back after I left several messages for him but got a disconnected number. A week later I called again. This is what this clerk now tells me:
Clerk: Clerk of courts.
Forte: Hi, is this Carol?
Clerk: Yes it is.
Forte: Hi Carol. This is Gene Forte calling from AttorneyBusters.com.
Clerk: Hi.
Forte: Hi. Is Jeffrey Schmidt available?
Clerk: No he's not. He's out for this afternoon.
Forte: Okay. Would you leave another message for him please?
Clerk: He said he wouldn't return the calls.
Forte: Okay. So finally after about three weeks he’s now said he's not going to return my calls.
Clerk: Yeah. Okay?
Forte: Did he say why?
Clerk: No. He just told me to tell you that.
All right we've had enough fun playing around with “Sandy” Gus Wirth and the clerk of the court that clearly shows that there is a cover-up going on regarding these clerk of court files. Let me go back now to the Ozaukee Press and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about what they're doing ignoring the entire story that truly is a big story here. It's about County officials covering up their crime, and then basically railroading a man under the guise of the USA Patriot Act and getting him put in prison.
Transcriber’s Commentary: The entire broadcast of May 18, 2003 is available on the Summaries + audios page, where lying dog Gustav W. Wirth, Jr. states that his “verbal investigation” of Kenealy and Schmidt took him three (3) hours. Three (3) hours? You lie. Three hours, Gustav? To ask one question? Was that “three (3) hour investigation” really a string of “strategy” sessions with co-conspirators on how to be "Accessories After the Fact" without being caught? But you have been caught, haven't you? That is like the judge who asked a guy accused of running a stop sign how long he had stopped at the sign. The accused guy stated, "Two minutes." The judge found him guilty. Duh. (This is a true story. No lie.)
By the way, Gustav, you stated: "there was a, some documents that were filed, or excuse me, some documents that were presented that were unfamiliar to the people that work there." So now you admit that the Magritz Answer was received by Jeffrey Schmidt, the Clerk of Court, but that it was "unfamiliar" to him? Well maybe, just maybe, the incompetent, overpaid monkeys who work for the Public Corporation named Ozaukee County should be locked up in a monkey cage. Then put honest American men in those positions who ARE COMPETENT. Was the lawsuit Magritz served upon you for Breach of Fiduciary Duty "unfamiliar" to you, also, Bubba? Is that why you hired an internationally known Law Firm to represent your corrupt keister? At taxpayer expense? Where IS that Barf bag?
Forte: Jeff Schmidt had said that he had given the files to Dennis Kenealy and in fact when Mr. Magritz had gone over to Mr. Jeff Schmidt's office to look at the files Jeff Schmidt picked up the phone and called up Mr. Kenealy and asked him if he had …

I had a phone call from a listener that told me about a story out in Wisconsin. And of course my regular listeners know that this involves Mr. Steven Magritz. It regards him being put in prison under the guise of the USA Patriot Act for what was called paper terrorism. And I got involved and started investigating that story. And in investigating that story I conducted interviews with a number of individuals. And the short story of this is that Mr. Magritz was saying that what had happened was an attorney out there, a public official attorney, a County attorney, had removed some files from the clerk of the court’s offices which he could not do, and causes Mr. Magritz to have a property that he owned foreclosed upon and taken away from him.
This started a chain of events that ultimately led to Mr. Magritz sending out certified letters to all the County supervisors out in this Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, telling them of what he believed was a crime committed against him by this County attorney. And he pled with them to please have this matter addressed. He sent these letters first to the County supervisors in an official capacity. They ignored him.
He then sent it to their home addresses via certified mail. Well-documented, telling exactly what he needed to have done. He wanted to have this crime that he believed was committed against him addressed and an investigation done. They ignored that. He gave them 30 days to respond. They ignored him. The attorney that he was accusing of doing these things, this County Counsel out there, was telling all the other members of County Board of Supervisors that he was connected to, just don't respond, just don't answer.
Well this Mr. Magritz went forward and continued to send these notices to them and said look, if you don't respond to this in 30 days, what I'm going to be doing is, I'm going to be filing liens against your personal property. They didn't respond again. He gave them more time. Ultimately and finally he did file these liens against these public officials. And when that was done, they then had him arrested and declared and called a paper terrorist, which was coined by the local newspapers there, and ultimately had him tried, and put in jail.
He was online for 70 years in prison until I became involved in the matter, and I sent a letter to the sentencing judge on the morning he was about ready to sentence Magritz. Magritz got five years. I truly believe they should be setting Mr. Magritz free when the investigation begins.
Transcriber’s Commentary: As we have found out, “Dirty Jim”, James E. Doyle, former State of Wisconsin governor and attorney general, wanted Magritz put away permanently, for life, for having exposed Doyle in Doyle’s attempt to destroy VCY America, Inc., a Christian broadcasting ministry headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Thus, the “investigation” that Gene Forte was calling for never took place.

Transcriber's Commentary: Gustav W. Wirth, Jr., communications mogul with FCC connections and big bucks government contracts, threatens radio station KRLA in California for reporting on the crimes committed against Magritz by The Ozaukee County MOB. By attempting to quash KRLA's Freedom of the Press and the right to Petition for Redress of Grievances, Wirth violates prohibitions set forth in the First Amendment, and attempts to cover up crimes committed by Public Officers. Wirth thereby perjures his oath to support the Constitutions, and, makes himself an Accessory-After-the-Fact to Kenealy’s crimes. Wanna-be Don, Gustav W. Wirth, Jr. threatens to use his influence with his buddies at the FCC to jerk the license of radio station KRLA, "About as easy as what you're talking to me about." All recorded on Forte's professional, high quality, optical disk, the same kind of equipment that government agencies use. Thank you, Gustav. Would you like some more rope?
THIS IS A MUST LISTEN TO RECORDING!! One listener said it sounds like Gustav W. Wirth, Jr. is being exorcised of demonic possession, which makes it difficult to transcribe. Thus the transcription does not do this clip justice. One MUST listen to it. Notice also that this bald-faced Accessory-After-The-Fact, Perjurer of his oath, Wanna-be Don, is making allegations and threats based on hearsay, not personal knowledge. First Wirth says "I was trying to listen to it", but his next words are, "not myself". Talk about a double-minded person. And he was the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Ozaukee County, Wisconsin at the time he made these threats. End of commentary.
“Before we end up the show I want to point out to you the strategy that individuals on the other side, being Ozaukee County officials, being this Mr. Gus Wirth, and some police agencies here in California, are doing to try to silence me from letting you know what they are doing. Let me play a clip of what Mr. Gus Wirth has to say about the FCC license of KRLA:”
Wirth: Now are you saying to me,
Forte: mmm
Wirth: that your radio station
Forte: yes
Wirth: has got full city grade signal?
Forte: Yes.
Wirth: Wherever it is licensed?
Forte: Yes.
Wirth: Because I don't believe that. Because I checked, and I was trying to listen to it, not myself, but I had somebody out there, and you're not at .3 micro volts in Santa Monica or close to the Santa Monica – Los Angeles border. Did you know that? Did you know that the FCC requires that you have a city grade signal?
Forte: I do.
Wirth: Did you know this?
Forte: I do.
Wirth: Did you know that there are areas in Los Angeles that that's not true?
Forte: That's not true.
Wirth: Yes it is.
Forte: Are you familiar with the radio station KRLA?
Wirth: Sure.
Forte: Do you know what station that is? Do you know it's the second largest radio station in Los Angeles?
Wirth: But city grade signal is not maintained throughout …
Forte: Did you realize that, do you realize it's the second largest radio station in Los Angeles?
Wirth: City grade signal is not maintained throughout the state, city of Los Angeles.
Forte: What is the point, what’s the point of, of this comment regarding the radio station?
Wirth: Probably the same thing as you asking me what policies are made by Jeffrey Schmidt.
Whoa. Let me play another clip of this Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth:
Wirth: Whatta, what is the name? What time was it, what was (?) it exactly on Tuesday Mr. (?)
Forte: What, what other attorney …
Wirth: (?) roughly time did you … What. Do you realize that your city grade signal in downtown Los Angeles, you know what it is? Huh?
Forte: Why do you keep on saying that? Where does this come from?
Wirth: You are really in trouble.
Forte: Where, where,
Wirth: I'm going to talk to the FCC.
Forte: Where are you saying, that you're going to talk to the FCC about my radio signal?
Wirth: Yeah.
Forte: Oh, when are you going to do that?
Wirth: About the radio …
Forte: When are you going to do …
Wirth: About as easy as what you're talking to me about.
So this man is intimating that he is going to try to get the license jerked of KRLA 870 AM. This man is out in Wisconsin. This is a man who is the boss of this Dennis Kenealy, this County attorney, that very well may have taken clerk of court files on that clerk of court’s offices. Mr. Sandy Gus Wirth was the first rooster to be standing up and crowing about this Sensenbrenner bill saying, “it's about time that we have this taken care of”. He was one of the victims, supposedly.

We realize other talk show hosts right now are starting to pick up on the furor going on against the legal system, as I said, Dennis Prager just a few weeks ago said: “the legal system is our enemy". Yes, it is our enemy right now because they are trying to destroy us, and you gotta ask yourself, “my God, why would fellow Americans, being our representatives and our legal system out there, be willing to crush us”? It doesn't make sense. It almost gives you this dizzy feeling. How did that happen?
It happened by individuals that go into government work, are really not going in there to do any good for the public, they're going in there to line their pockets nowadays. Oh not all of them are. But the majority of them are. Have you ever heard of an honest politician? No.
Let me get back to this James Sensenbrenner, he is a U.S. representative, and he sponsored a bill in order to alleviate fraudulent, involuntary bankruptcy filings. And why did this Rep. James Sensenbrenner do this? Well he did this because he heard of a case involving Steven Magritz, a Town of Fredonia man who submitted these involuntary bankruptcy petitions against 36 County officials. Now I read from the article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: “Authorities believe Magritz was retaliating against them for foreclosing on 62 acres he owned on the Milwaukee River. The County took the property after he didn't pay about $30,000 in property taxes.” The guy that reported this story is a man by the name of Peter Moller (sp?) at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and what is absolutely amazing is, it's so full of half-truths and misstatements it makes your head spin.
The reason why Mr. Magritz filed these involuntary liens against these public officials is because he was saying that public officials were not addressing a crime that had been committed against him by a county attorney, Mr. Dennis Kenealy. In a nutshell, and my regular listeners know the story, but I'm going to keep on bringing this up because this man right now is in jail, this case is going on currently where we’re getting bills sponsored in Congress and no one is telling the nation about the real story here.
They're not telling you the reasons why this man truly filed these liens, because if you knew the reasons why this man filed these liens you would want to get him out of jail and take “Sandy” Gus Wirth, a county supervisor there, and put him in jail instead. Along with Dennis Kenealy, a public attorney out in the area, a county public attorney, and also another man by the name of Jeffrey Schmidt. And actually these 36 County supervisors right now, I sent them letters, and I sent them CDs of the program that showed that “Sandy” Gus Wirth out there in Wisconsin was covering up an investigation of the crime committed by this Mr. Dennis Kenealy. They haven't done anything about it. Maybe these people should be sent out to do public service time. Like cleaning up the streets, or picking up garbage, or something, because these County officials are not doing their job. I contacted Rep. Sensenbrenner for the last two months. Have not received a phone call back from him. I contacted ”Sandy” Gus Wirth just this last week and left a message for him. I contacted Peter Moller (sp?) at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and left messages for him saying, “how can you write an article like this, knowing that there needs to be an investigation done of this crime committed against Mr. Steven Magritz. How can this happen?”
Well it might go back to maybe a statement by Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth, and let me play this clip of Mr. “Sandy” Gus Wirth: [Wirth speaking] “Have to do with whoever enforces the law, which is not me, Mr. Forte. I'd love to, because I would immune myself.”
You think “Sandy” Gus Wirth was joking about that? A public official? He just told us he would immune himself. He would also immune his buddies. Let me go back to this article that came out inside of the newspaper, this Milwaukee Journal Sentinel which I basically don't think I would use as toilet paper because it would probably be too rough on my ass because that's all it good for. Does that sound a little bit disgusting to you? Well you know what? You listen to this nonsense and you see the things that I’ve seen here, you would throw up.
Here's a quote from this article by “Sandy” Gus Wirth: [Wirth quoted] “with regards to paper terrorism, you can't believe how the actions of a few predators can so adversely affect a person's credit and their family. It's terrible that a person needs and act of Congress to clear their name while serving the public." Wirth said. “On the other hand, it's fantastic to have a congressman like Sensenbrenner” (big kiss on the ass by “Sandy” Gus Wirth).
And why is that? Because “Sandy” Gus Wirth, Dennis Kenealy the County attorney out there and Jeffrey Schmidt are on line to do jail time. And I'm going to keep on pressing on this matter until I get the Town of Fredonia put on the map across the United States. And it is extremely important to us here in California that this be done. Because we have got to take this monster that is out there, this judicial system that is being controlled by guys like “Sandy” Gus Wirth, and Rep. James Sensenbrenner, and throw it out in the public's eyes to show what is going on here and bust these guys wide-open. And this is just the case we needed.
It is an abuse of the USA Patriot Act. In this article by this Peter Moller (sp?), and I left a message for this Peter Moller this last week asking him, “why haven't you contacted us and asked us what is going on inside of this case, and inside of this matter?” And the reasons why they're not doing that - when this matter really comes out, and the information comes out that we have, that we've been trying to bring out to everybody, we sent out letters to the 36 County supervisors, we sent to Judge Joseph McCormack the presiding judge out there in Ozaukee County, we sent it to the FBI, of course they don't call back, we sent to the US federal attorneys, we sent it to everybody.
No one is doing anything about this. But when this information does finally get exposed, there's going to be some county officials that are going to be doing jail time. And Mr. Magritz is probably going to be having the choice of changing the name of the Town of Fredonia to the Town of Mr. Steven Magritz, because they are going to owe him a lot of money. They say that he went ahead and didn't pay $30,000 in taxes on a 60 acre piece of property, in this article. What they don't tell you is that that property is worth about $600,000. Further what they don't tell you inside that article, that 60 acres, they didn't want to sell it at a foreclosure sale, the County supervisors decided they would like to turn that into a park.
Mr. Magritz was swatted out of his home with a 25 man SWAT team, with machine guns. It's outrageous. It can happen to you. And trust me on this one. County officials, government officials all across the nation, they know about this case. They know what these guys in Wisconsin are getting away with and they're not going to say a word about it, because if they did, well, they wouldn't be able to do it to you when it comes to dealing with you. And you might be sitting there saying, oh gee I don't get myself involved in this kind of stuff, you know I'm too busy doing other things inside of my life, I’ve got other things I gotta worry about.
You know, that is not what America is made about. When America had its initial revolution, there were only about 3 or 4%, or 5% of the population that really got up, and stood up and said, you know what, “we're not going to take this anymore”.
Are you going to be part of that three or four or 5% that helps save our country right now? Or are you going to be that of the 95% the sits there and gets your blood get sucked out of you by these little bastards out there right now. I'm not. I'm going to keep on fighting.
Going back to Mr. Sensenbrenner. I left a message for Mr. Sensenbrenner again this last week. I left it for his press secretaries. We have not had any phone calls back. And the reason why were not getting phone calls back – they don't want to hear what I've got to tell them. Even though we sent the CD to them telling them exactly what "Sandy" Gus Wirth has done. Hey wait, let's go back to "Sandy" Gus Wirth. I asked "Sandy" Gus Wirth to conduct an investigation about what Mr. Magritz was saying about these clerk of court files, these files being removed from the clerk of court’s offices. And for my first time listeners, you say, well so what, some files got removed, big deal, just paper.
When the County attorney removed files from this courthouse he took out what is called the Answer to Mr. Magritz’s complaint (sic). If that Answer had not been removed, Mr. Magritz’s property would have not been foreclosed upon. You got it? When the County attorney removed the clerk of the court files from the clerk of the court’s offices illegally and then turns around and tells the judge in the hearing there was no answer filed to the complaint Your Honor, and the property was foreclosed upon, that is a crime. That's obstruction of justice. But who you have to get to look into those matters is the district attorney out there, Sandy Williams, and she's not going to look into it. She refused to even talk to me on the telephone.
We go to “Sandy” Gus Wirth and we asked him to get an investigation conducted. Let me play for you a clip of the investigation that Mr. "Sandy" Gus Wirth did of these files being removed from the clerk of court’s offices in Ozaukee County, that then this blowhard goes up and has the unmitigated gall to sit there and give quotes to a newspaper saying what a predator Mr. Magritz is.
I talked to someone at the judicial commission of Wisconsin about the Town of Fredonia, and listen to what she had to say: “you know, some of those small towns are, you know, the people are so intertwined and inter, you know, related that it's just, it can get really nasty in some of those little places." Yeah it got so nasty in the Town of Fredonia, that a clerk of the court let files out, got a man's property foreclosed, and we tried to get the County officials held accountable, they declared him a paper terrorist. Got him put in jail. Swatted out of his home with a 25 man SWAT team.
AttorneyBusters.com. If you're not throwing up yet, come on back, I'll give you some more to be sick about.
