Exhibit B is Magritz's UCC filing with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions which evidences the secured interest of the natural man in the property the "state" sees as titled in the name of the artificial, all capital letter "person" which was, and is, created by the "state". 
But the members of The Ozaukee County MOB who are Public Officers acting in Breach of their Fiduciary Duty as Trustees of the Public Trust do not have a clue.
