OzaukeeMOB.org, Corrupt Ozaukee County sheriff Maury Straub has sworn an oath to support the Constitution of the state of Wisconsin and the United States Constitution, but it is obvious he has never read either, or else he is an intentional false-swearer, since he so nonchalantly perjured his oath and breached his fiduciary duty as a Trustee of the Public Trust. He would rather lick the boots and kiss the keisters of the corrupt attorneys and international bankers who lead him around by a finger in his nose. That’s why he was so Johnny-on-the-spot with a 24 man SWAT Team to illegally and unlawfully, and violently, dispossess Steve Magritz from his Private land and hand it over to the county for a public park. The Rule of Law means nothing to corrupt public officers.
No, no, no, "Maury". Quit kissing the keister of pin-headed attorneys. Act like the sheriff you're supposed to be. OBEY THE CONSTITUTION, "Maury". THAT is your sworn duty. THAT is your sworn obligation. THAT is your "j-o-b".









OzaukeeMOB.org, Really Eagle asks, “do you really trust the government?” Public Officers of Wisconsin are required to support the Constitution of the state of Wisconsin and the United States Constitution. They are required to swear an oath to that effect. No oath taker has the Constitutional authority to oppose, deny, defy, contradict, or violate the very documents to which he swore or affirmed an oath. All Oath Takers must act only within the limited scope of their Constitutionally delegated duties and authority, and must abide by and uphold all rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights to the federal Constitution and in the Wisconsin Declaration of Rights. Any Public Officer who acts outside of his limited Constitutional authority is lawless. Any Public Officer who acts outside of his limited Constitutional authority is not trustworthy. Any Public Officer who acts outside of his limited Constitutional authority causes injury to the good name of the state. Any Public Officer who is not trustworthy causes injury to the state. Today, almost without exception, Public Officers are dishonest and not trustworthy. Their dishonesty and untrustworthiness causes injury to the good name of the state since the people cannot trust the state, or the government of the state.

[Magritz re-enters the lobby of the Sheriff’s Department after previously talking with Public Officer, Trustee of the Public Trust "Maury" Straub and filing with the Sheriff’s Department the “Report of Criminal Activity By Victim/Witness”.  Magritz asks the receptionist for a business card.]

[Enter stage right, Maurice A. Straub, d/b/a  “sheriff”]

Straub:         Mr. Magritz.
Magritz:        Do you have a business card, Maury?
Straub:         Not for you.  No.
Magritz:        Not for me?
Straub:         No.  I only have personal business cards, and I choose not to give one to you, Steven Magritz.
Magritz:        Oh!
Straub:         Um.  And that’s my signature.  It may be a loga, ella, ineligible …
Magritz:        No.  [What’s your problem, Maury, are you upset and the cat’s got your tongue?]
Straub:         illegible.
Magritz:        Right.
Straub:       And you can’t read it, she can’t read it, nobody can really read it but me.  But that’s my signature.  That’s my official, personal signature that you have.  [Yup.  It looks just like your signature on your sworn oath of office to support the Constitutions, doesn't it, "Maury"?  But it is also nice to have your acknowledgment on audio for the record.]
Magritz:        Okay.
Straub:         Have a great day.
Magritz:        And why won’t you give me a business card?
Straub:         Well, you and I had a relationship one time, I trusted you.  You wouldn’t meet me where you told me you were going to meet me, I no longer trust you, sir.  [TRUST??  What chutzpah!  "Bubba Maury" is the one who betrayed a trust.  "Bubba" is the perjurer.  "Bubba" is the traitor.  "Bubba" is the Quisling!  Remember your sworn oath to support the Constitutions, "Bubba"?  Back in 2001, before the vicious SWAT Team attack, Magritz had faithfully mailed Straub correspondence, recordings with the Register of Deeds, and filings with the circuit court, all detailing Magritz’s lawful position and Kenealy’s crimes.  Straub knew, or had reason to know, that the Magritz private property was protected by the Constitutions, the Declaration of Rights, and Land Patents, and that Kenealy was acting criminally.  Straub had been specifically told numerous times by Magritz that Magritz would  NOT "abandon" his property.  Thus, the 24 man SWAT Team to physically "take him out"!  Straub had to breach his fiduciary duty, perjure his oath, and commit crimes, all because that stubborn Magritz would not "abandon" his private property.  Look up the meaning of "abandon".]
Magritz:        What are you talking about?
Straub:         You were going to meet me at the gate one morning, and you chose …  
Magritz:        I never said that.
Straub:         Oh sure you did.
Magritz:        No I didn’t.
Straub:       NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU STEVEN.  We’re all done.  Thank You.  [Straub is now visibly upset and SHOUTING.  Straub is really pissed off and attempting to intimidate Magritz.  Obviously he realizes that Magritz is not only back, but Magritz intends to expose the lying, cheating, bastards.  Again.  But does this Tin Horn Bully with his Big Mouth, tin badge, and "pop-gun" think he can intimidate a man who these dishonest Public Officers put in the "Big House" for 5 years to shut him up?]   
Magritz:        When are you going to arrest Kenealy?
Straub:         I don’t know that I’m ever going to arrest Kenealy.
Magritz:        Why not?
Straub:         Well, we need to investigate, don’t we?
Magritz:        And how long will that take?
Straub:         I don’t know.
Magritz:        How about a week?  I’ll give you a week.
Straub:         You’re gonna, you’re gonna give me a week?  Go ahead.
Magritz:        I’ll give you a week.
Straub:         Great.
Magritz:        I’ll contact the office next week.  A week from now, and see if he’s arrested.
Straub:         Okay.
Magritz:        Okay.  And we’ll take it from there.
Straub:         It’s entirely up to you sir.  Have a good day.
Magritz:        Because, you sir, are a Public Officer.
Straub:         Absolutely I am.    [Thanks, Bubba.  You are now at the end of your rope.]
Magritz:        And you have a duty.
Straub:         Absolutely I do.
Magritz:        To arrest a criminal, like Dennis Kenealy.
Straub:         He’s a criminal in your eyes.  We don’t know if he’s a criminal in the State’s eyes.
Magritz:        Do you have an offsetting Affidavit?
Straub:         Have a great day.

[Exit stage right, Maurice A. Straub, hurriedly and visibly upset.  Straub knows that if he refuses to arrest Kenealy, then he is engaged in covering up crimes that he has knowledge of.  It is called being an accessory after the fact, which is in addition to Straub's other crimes.  Many believe the Criminal Element in Government should serve two terms.  The first in office - but only until they fail to support the Constitutions.  The second in prison.  But wait.  Houston, we have a problem:  There aren't enough prisons to warehouse all of them.]

Straub refused to arrest his crooked attorney buddy, Dennis E. Kenealy, therefore Magritz filed a petition in the circuit court for a judicial determination of whether or not the Magritz “Report of Criminal Activity By Victim/Witness” (the Affidavit) stated probable cause, which would then require Straub to arrest Kenealy.  For that part of the story, go to the "Corrupt Judges" page.  For over twelve years Magritz gave the members of The Ozaukee County MOB numerous opportunities to act honorably, but none of them ever did.  NONE.  Not a single one.  But - Never give up.  The first player to leave the playing field loses.
