1776 Political and territorial independence declared by American states.
1783 King George the Third of England recognizes the declared Political and territorial independence of American states, “Definitive Treaty of
Peace”, September 3.
1787 The “Northwest Ordinance” enacted by the confederated states under the Articles of Confederation.
1788 The Constitution for the United States of America ratified.
1789 Congress adopts the “Northwest Ordinance” in 1 Stat. 50.
1791 Articles in Amendment (“Bill of Rights”) ratified.
Post 1791 Courts recognize and honor the sovereignty of the people and their right of property.
1820 Senate debates terms of sale of public lands, intent of Congress declared to plant a population of independent, unembarressed freeholders.
March 6, 1820.
1820 Act of Congress for the sale of public lands, April 24, 3 Stat. 566, adopting the terms of the senate debate of March 6.
1837 Land Patent from the United States of America issued to William Jones, predecessor to Complainant.
1846 Act of Congress, Aug 6, 1846 to enable the People of Wisconsin Territory to form a Constitution and be admitted as a State, 3 Stat. 56,
chap. 89.
1990 Satisfaction of Land Contract and issuance of Warranty Deeds to Complainant.
1996 December 31, 1996, the contract previous owner had with State of Wisconsin expired. Complainant had honored previous owner’s contract
from 1990 until expiration on December 31, 1996. Complainant did not consent to a renewal.
2001 Complainant’s private land seized by public officers.
2012 Complainant files this instant suit.
