Exhibit H, Affidavit of Publication, Liquidated damages - Notice of RemedyIn April and May of 2001, Magritz had published in the Ozaukee Press, the "official" newspaper for legal notices, a legal Notice that in the event of trespass against Magritz's property rights, the Corporation named Ozaukee County would be subject to "grounding", that is, taken from its present usurped de facto position of power and returned to its proper de jure authority as a Trust for the people as originally created by the Constitution of The State of Wisconsin. Public Officers, Fiduduciaries of the Public Trust, the individual members of The Ozaukee County MOB, were further given Notice that they would be held individually liable for each and every occurrence of trespass. None of the members of The Ozaukee MOB who were named in the "800 Lb Gorilla" lawsuit could say that they had not been given proper Notice.
